Charles L. Jones

Charles L. Jones is a Human Resources Executive with Mondelez International (formally Kraft Foods). Mr. Jones and his colleagues are responsible for HR Strategies in North America Sales and a net revenue exceeding $6 Billion.

Mr. Jones held leadership roles in Mondelez to include Sr. HR Manager, Sr. Financial Analyst, Director Staffing & Diversity and HR Business Lead in North America Sales. Prior to Mondelez, he served six (6) years as an Army Officer, reached the rank of Captain and is a Gulf War Veteran.

Mr. Jones is the CEO and Founder of C&B HR Consulting LLC, established in 2013 to provide HR strategic solutions for start-ups, non-profits and veteran owned businesses. His clients include Millennial Corporation in Washington DC, Pride & Hope Family Services in Louisiana, Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc. Headquarters and the YWCA Lake County.

Mr. Jones is a member of Prince Hall Masons, Shriners, Veterans of Foreign Wars, American Legion, National Black MBA Association and Society of Human Resources Management. He served on several boards to include Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, the University of Illinois – Lake County Extension, March of Dimes – Lake County, Oak Grove School Education Foundation, INROADS of Chicago, 100 Black Men of Madison and YMCA of Madison.

In 2018, Mr. Jones was recognized as the Most Influential African American in Business Leadership in Lake County, IL.

Mr. Jones is a native of Mississippi with a BS in Finance from Jackson State University and an MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.
