TechGYRLS® Summer Camp
Thank you to all the organizations who supported TechGYRLS by opening their doors to us FREE of charge this past summer: Abbott, AbbVie, Pauly Honda, Argonne National Laboratory, North Shore Sanitary District, Waukegan Generation Station, Walgreens in Wheeling, and Waste Management Recycling Center.  We appreciate you!

TechGYRLS summer camp consists of four 2-week sessions, starting mid-June and ending in August.  Summer campers get real exposure to STE2M (Science, Technology, Engineering, Entrepreneurship, and Mathematics) through a variety of activities and field trips during each two-week session.  In addition to the organizations mentioned above, past TechGYRLS summer campers have gotten to visit the Lincoln Park Zoo, SciTech Museum, and the Museum of Science & Industry, to name a few, and participate in several community service trips.  Summer camp also means trips to the pool and beach!  Campers will learn about STE2M through fun and exciting hands-on activities, projects, field trips, and job shadows.
